Gigaclaw is an open-source autonomous AI agent developed and maintained by Gignaati (Copilots.in / Swaran Soft Support Solutions Private Limited). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Gigaclaw software and the gigaclaw.gignaati.com website.

2. Data We Collect

Gigaclaw is a self-hosted, open-source tool. When you install and run Gigaclaw on your own infrastructure, we do not collect, store, or process any of your data. All agent activity, LLM API calls, and configuration data remain on your own systems. The gigaclaw.gignaati.com website may collect standard web analytics (page views, referrers, browser type) through privacy-respecting analytics tools. No personally identifiable information is collected without your explicit consent.

3. LLM Provider Data

When you configure Gigaclaw to use a third-party LLM provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.), your prompts and agent interactions are sent directly to that provider's API from your own infrastructure. Gignaati is not a party to those transactions. Please review the privacy policy of your chosen LLM provider. When using PragatiGPT or Ollama (local inference), your data does not leave your infrastructure at all.

4. GitHub Integration

Gigaclaw uses GitHub Actions as its primary runtime. When you connect Gigaclaw to your GitHub repository, your GitHub Personal Access Token and other secrets are stored as encrypted GitHub Actions secrets in your own repository. Gignaati does not have access to your GitHub credentials or repository data.

5. Cookies

The gigaclaw.gignaati.com website may use essential cookies for session management and analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

6. Data Retention

Since Gigaclaw is self-hosted, all data retention is controlled entirely by you. The gigaclaw.gignaati.com website retains analytics data for a maximum of 12 months.
